The Everyones Zone is an innovative project implemented in the municipality of Villavicencio that seeks to regulate and organize the use of public space in relation to vehicle parking and mobility in areas with the most vehicle congestion. This initiative focuses on establishing Permitted Parking Zones, which are areas specifically designated for parking vehicles in a legal and controlled manner so that the user can use an alternative means of travel.As part of this system, a mechanism for charging a parking use fee has been implemented, which is applied to those drivers who use these permitted parking areas.
